A week’s vacation in London, Brussels, and Amsterdam is a great idea, especially for beginners to European travel. London is the world’s grandest English speaking city. Brussels is the capital of the European Union, and offers one of Europe’s best culinary scenes. Amsterdam’s beautiful historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dotted with canals, the world’s most bicycle friendly city is the most charming of the three. We previously lived in Amsterdam for 3 and 1/2 years and know these European cities well.
